Sausages and Eggs Anyone?

Breakfast

Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. It gives you the energy that you need to get a head start on the things that need to be completed. Why, then, are so many kids and adults reluctant to give this meal the emphasis that it needs?

Many times we use insufficient time or even the lack of appetite as a reason for not eating breakfast.

Do you know that you can seriously deprive your body of what it needs to function if you do not feed it right? It can be the start of constantly not having not enough energy to see you through the day. Being tired and listless, resulting in you being unable to concentrate on things at hand, will only render you more unhappy and stressed. It becomes a vicious cycle that you set up for yourself.

How do you ensure that you get the correct nutrients that you need to kick-start the day and set everything into motion?

Here are some tips for you.

  1. Make it a habit to wake up early to eat something for breakfast.
  2. Have a selection of items to eat at breakfast or different treats for different days of the week.
  3. Don’t snack after dinner .

So anyone up for sausages and eggs for breakfast today?
