Are Fusion Restaurants the Way to Go?

Do you like eating? I certainly do!! There is a really wide range of food which I enjoy tucking into a wide variety of food at a sitting. I’m lucky that I’m staying in Asia; being in Asia has a lot of perks when it comes to eating. In Singapore we are fortunate to be able to get food 24/7 the whole year round with many eateries offering a wide variety  of food for the picking.

Nowadays you do not even need to go to two or three different restaurants if you want to have Italian, Chinese  and Indian food. You just need to go to one restaurant, and you will be able to eat dishes from all three cuisines for lunch or dinner. I can have my roti prata, tim sum and lasagna all at the same time at a Fusion Restaurant. Many such restaurants also have new and innovative dishes made from a combination of both western and Asian ingredients. Their dishes are made to suite a variety of palettes and would certainly whet my appetite.

Dining in a fusion restaurant would certainly solve the problem of deciding where to go to eat on the weekend as many different cuisines are being served in that one restaurant. The kids have been asking to eat Japanese every weekend and we adults are sick of having the same food over and over again. The kids can have their Japanese while hubby and I enjoy our pasta or laksa instead. Everyone is satisfied as they get to eat what they desire.

What’s your take on Fusion Restaurants?
