An update on the Republican party’s insistence on pushing forward with its ‘War on Women‘: The “Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act” is a direct challenge to the Supreme Court’s decision in the 1973 Roe v. Wade case that legalised abortion up to the time a fetus is considered ‘viable’, which is generally considered to be approximately at the 24-week stage of pregnancy.
The measure — which is legislation that seeks to outlaw nearly all abortions after the 20th week of pregnancy was ‘fast-tracked’ last week after being approved by the House Judiciary Committee committee on a party-line vote — is not expected to receive the amount of support it would need to pass in the Democratic-led Senate. Even though the bill included two last-minute exemptions — allowing exceptions for rapes reported within 48 hours, and for victims of incest — the bill isn’t able to garner enough support from Democrats. That said, the House voted on the measure this evening and passed the bill with a228-196 vote.
The White House has already saying that the bill is “an assault on a woman’s right to choose,” and President Obama issued a veto threat long before the bill was presented in the House of Representatives.
So far this year, 14 states have put in place a combined 32 measures that impose new restrictions on abortions. Those states are Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Utah.
The GOP is doing a great job of attacking women’s rights…and it cost them women voters during the 2012 election. This vote is, legislatively speaking, a complete waste of congressional and taxpayer’s time but it certainly makes clear to female voters where they stand.

While in the face of opportunities, the development of abamectin also exist challenges.
It things you up, makes your vision red-colored, provides you
with a cough or perhaps a headache it is a discomfort and
really should be eliminated, but it is not lethal. It’s unwanted bacteria screaming to be fed, sort of like a nasty creature in your
stomach.
